Over the past 23 years, Don has lived through the changes and evolution of real estate in Spokane. After selling over $35 million in real estate, Don turned from an award winning agent to a managing broker who mentors, coaches, and consults his agents. Most recently, Don has made the decision to bring on a full time Social Media and Marketing Manager at the Exit Real Estate North office. He hired Sarah Coleman after she graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology in May. Don is hoping that embracing the power of social media in the real estate world will catapult Exit Real Estate North as a top producing brokerage in Spokane and attract new agents.

The average age of the first time home buyer is 31. With more and more people spending more time on Facebook, and a growing user database, marketing through social media in the real estate market is one avenue that cannot be ignored.
